A nation's culture resides in the hearts and in the soul of its people.

Mahatma Gandhi

Welcome!

Nearly two decades ago, the inception of Worcester County Bengali Association (WCBA) began with approximately 10-12 Bengali families residing in the Worcester County area.

Through regular weekend gatherings, these families contemplated forming a close-knit community. With mutual encouragement and support, they established an informal association centered around organizing cultural and religious programs within the group.

Initially centered around Saraswati Puja, the group's dedication and passion led to the launch of WCBA's first Durga Puja celebration in 2001. As more families joined, the association grew to include around 20-22 families collaboratively planning and executing events.

At the core of WCBA's mission is providing exceptional hospitality to all guests, establishing a unique identity for the organization. Moving forward, WCBA strives to continue orchestrating well-coordinated events for the community, while also remaining dedicated to charitable endeavors to the best of its abilities.
